Account information: phone number/email, nickname, avatar and other information required for registration and login.
Health and training-related information: ankle condition, training plan completion, training logs, assessment photos or videos that you actively provide or upload. This is sensitive personal information and is only collected and used with your separate consent.
Device and log information: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, used to keep the product running reliably.

2. How We Use Information

To provide core features such as personalized training plans, exercise demonstrations, training logs and progress tracking;
For product improvement, troubleshooting and security;
With your consent, for necessary customer support and service notifications.

We will not use your health and training-related information for any purpose beyond those described in this policy.

3. Storage and Protection

We use encrypted transmission, access controls and other technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your information is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China, for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, except as otherwise required by law.
